Meet Our Team

Luz Hernandez, DDS, is a skilled general and cosmetic dentist in Wesley Chapel, Florida. Dr. Hernandez prioritizes customer service in her practice and listens intently to each patient’s requests. She takes a holistic, minimally invasive approach to general and cosmetic dental treatments of all kinds.

Dr. Hernandez is originally from Colombia. After moving to the United States as a teenager, she graduated with honors from the State University of New York at Stony Brook with degrees in biochemistry and Spanish language and literature. She also attended the university’s dental school for her Doctor of Dental Surgery.

Cathy is a Registered Dental Hygienist with more than 12 years of experience.  She graduated from the Dental Hygiene School at the Hillsborough Community College and is working towards earning her bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from St. Petersburg College (class of 2022). Cathy is committed to patient care, providing a comfortable dental experience where patients feel safe and taken care of.  She is an advocate for not just oral health but for the overall health of her patients.  Outside of her passion for dental hygiene, Cathy is bilingual and speaks fluent Spanish she also enjoys living life to the fullest and loves traveling, dancing, and cooking.  She is married to her husband of 16 years Julio and has a seven-year-old daughter, Natalie. 

Fabiola was raised in the Valley of Hacienda Heights, California. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Chemistry from Metropolitan State University of Denver, Colorado. She obtained her Dental Hygiene License with a certificate to administer anesthetic in 2013. She moved with her husband and kids to Florida in 2014 so her husband could attend law school and serve in the US Air Force at MacDill Air Force Base. They have raised a daughter and are preparing their son for college. When Fabiola is not practicing dental hygiene, she enjoys 5k and 10k destination runs, and being a part of organizations that raise funds for wounded warriors and veterans. Preventive care in public health has been a lifelong commitment that she is proud to provide her community. She is bilingual and speaks fluent Spanish, loves cooking Mexican food and watching Netflix with her family.

Francis joined our team more than a year ago now. Since then, she enjoys the level of patient care we provide to each patient at our office and the teamwork that exists with her co-workers.

At our practice, she works to make sure that every patient receives the highest level of patient care possible through their consultations and procedures. She attended Erwin Tech College where she received her Dental Assistant Training and Certificate. Outside of work she loves soaking up every moment she can with her family, especially with her son Josiah.

Charlene joined our team in September 2021. She is no stranger to the dental field, with over 23 years experience. Charlene brings knowledge and passion when working with our patients to achieve their perfect smile, while seamlessly incorporating dental benefits and financial arrangements. Originally from Kentucky, Charlene relocated to Florida in 2002. In her “off” time she loves spending time with her family and friends. Charlene is the proud mother of 5 children and 2 grandsons.
